Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

The car has been parked for a few days, behind Asda Living. The car has no MoT & I think the owner thinks it's ok to park here. The car is a Silver Volkswagen Golf reg KG56 KPV.
