Lots of flytipping going on in our back entrance. windows, hoovers right down at bottom near bins

We live at 2002 Maryhill Road and have a back entrance that residents park their cars with old garages and bin area at the bottom of the driveway. People have been flytipping there for years and we have all tried stopping it with signs etc. We now have windows, hoovers, cabinets etc in the bottom driveway area and also on street at top of driveway. We have also noticed an infestation of rats appearing in same area. This fly tipping has now started to become a health risk to us and one of our residents has moved out because of the risks. Please can you arrange for this all to be cleared out - rubbish, fly tipping and rats and also put more signs up and even a mobile dummy camera ? We need your help to not only clean up our home but also to keep us safe and healthy ? Or do we now need to go to local papers and councillors ?
