Pavement blocked by street preachers

The pavement that enters the Ladygrove estate next to Cow lane is regularly being blocked by 3 street preachers with a large billboard until normally 5pm. The billboard is positioned at the narrowest point of the pavement next to the Ladygrove Loop sign, forcing people onto the road.
