The footpath that runs along the front of the school towards the Dale (B4089) is very overgrown .

Parents walking their children to school, people walking to the train station and generally people walking along this road are finding it hard to walk on the pavement due to the growth of the hedge and various weeds sprouting out. To avoid being caught by the hedgerow people are having to walk on the road, which during the busy periods is a very dangerous road to be walking on.
