Abandoned car transporter, now almost 3 months

This car transporter (which also has an old washing machine on the back) has been parked on Arch Hill opposite the children’s playground for almost 3 months now. It is a hazard to passing vehicles and pedestrians. A note was placed in the windscreen 2 months ago saying ‘broken down, will move when fixed’ but nothing has happened.

    This vehicle is still parked on the street opposite the children’s playground - it’s now getting on for 4 months that it has been there. There is a red car on the back of the transporter plus an an old appliance
