White minibus/van left in same spot outside old 'Central Tyres' for months

Please could you look into van FB51 AKX - it appears to have been abandoned - left in the same spot next to a black hyundai also apparently dumped, no valid MOT or tax. Please could it be moved on if not needed - we don't need more rubbish in Foleshill!
