Whoever Bromley Council removed some of the litter, 50% did a poor job. Bottles and cans I'd seen for months are still there. Also the two full black bin bags on the subway still there. Also, the litter from bus entrance to the subway is excessive. Does Bromley have street inspections on Crystal Palace Parade? Bromley Council compared with Southwark, Lewisham, Lambeth and Croydon Councils for street cleansing in Crystal Palace is non-existent. Even in the Park the litter collection is very poor base on fifteen years of living here. Robert Jones
