Overgreen trees, branches blocking dog waste bin

Reported in the Parks and Greenspace category anonymously at 18:12, Tuesday 3 September 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 3 minutes later

This was reported exactly a month ago, it's been marked as "fixed" but clearly it isn't. I can't dispose of dog waste without getting attacked & injured by branches!!
