10m where the hedge has grown over the footpath

I would like to ask that the hedge alongside the footpath opposite the Buckley Green A3400 turning be trimmed back. This area has not been trimmed back at all this summer and is becoming a danger as you cannot see oncoming traffic and have to step into the road to see if cars are coming. There is a distance of about 10m where the hedge has grown over the footpath. I am concerned that someone will get hit by a car if this is not trimmed back and also maintained regularly.
