Overgrown vegitation, obsurces visibility pulling out of Glenfern Gardens. Caused three missed accidents. Cars coming down Oxford Rd so fast. Elderly neighbor struggling to get out because she can't see if safe. Three others have reported same issues. Also nettles overgrown on pathway Making it very difficult to pass
