Drain full up AGAIN

Reported this drain several times in last few years, passed again today and was full back up. Please attend with cctv as obviously a deeper issue

Thank you for your requested update. An additional cleanse and CCTV will be carried out ASAP. The current lead time is up to three weeks. This work will be in conjunction with other CCTV investigation required in a nearby road and will be collated to utilise maximum use of the drainage tanker, whilst in the vicinity. Kind regards.
