Double yellow lines on Rosary Road are almost faded away to nothing. Cars are frequently parked on the non-residential side of Rosary Road during the daytime and sometimes in the evenings. Parkers often site the faded lines as being invalid as an excuse for parking illegally.

Double yellow lines on Rosary Raod are almost faded away to nothing. Cars are frequently parked on the non-residential side of rosary road during the daytime and sometimes in the evenings. Parkers often site the faded lines as being invalid as an excuse for parking illegally.
Illegally parked cars create a dangerous obstacle for motorists using Rosary Road which it, already quite narrow in places.

The Yellow lines on Rosary Road are more faded yet and the frequency of motorists using Rosary Road to park their vehicles during the daytime and often in the evening is increasing.
Rosary Road is quite narrow (which is a good thing as it reduces the speed at which motorists drive along it). When vehicles are left parked on the double yellow lines, it causes further obstruction to motorists - an unnecessary hazard...
