This has become a regular fly tipping point for people to dispose of unwanted items not just clothes. This is because of the clothes collection bin I have tried to contact them but the phone No on it does not connect. People dump items and your street scene people have no option but to clear it. Remove the bin hopefully stop the problem.

I have contacted the charity concerned and discussed this with them, as a result, they will be putting a larger collection bin there, (which will have a chute less likely to block), and amend their collections from fortnightly to weekly. When the driver collects, they will sort through anything left beside the bin and remove it, if it is goods they cannot remove, they will contact us and we will deal with it. I did inform them of your request to have it removed, however they were keen not to, as this is one of their most productive sites for 'Kilos collected' In this instance a crew will be dispached to sort and bag the clothes if the bin is full or jammed, and remove any other items.
