Continually parking on the new double yellow lines causing obstruction - green road

Drivers are not taking any notice of double yellow lines and even parking over them when there are parking spaces available - we need a few parking tickets issued for the word to get around that they can get fined if they flout the law. As yet I've not seen one visit by enforcement officers!

    There has been a visit by parking enforcement officials but only once known and don't know if any fines were issued. Drivers are just parking on the double yellow lines without even thinking.
