Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1745707.

At thia point-C road to Methwold at Cranwich Heath just past Heathcote (Farm with NO post code) A BT cable has come off the poles and down at head height.
