Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1745404.

A large circle of pine cones has been left on the grass area and this could possibly have been set up to start a bonfire close to the near by houses. Worryingly there are hedgehogs resident nearby.
