Multiple vehicle accidents at this location. Road layout needs to be improved

Sent to Leeds City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1745063.

In the past year I have witnessed 5 separate crashes on this junction despite only using it once every few weeks at most. My mother was also involved in an accident at this junction when a driver of another vehicle did not stop and struck her vehicle. The road layout needs to be changed.
