Street light not working and subsequently the area is very poorly lit around pathway & driveway into 7,9,11,13 Hill close East challow (OX12 9ru)

  • Ref:00357350 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Thank you for the quick response. The light looks like it was fixed today but unfortunately after a few hours it has now stopped working again.

  • The street lamp is intermittently working since I have reported the problem. It seems to come on, but later turns off again.
