Cars park on pavement cannot get past with a pram

Sent to Leeds City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1743414.

At school collection and drop off times many cars park on the pavement and you cannot pass with a pram. You have to push the pram along a busy road for several cars length.

Council said that because there are no yellow lines, they cannot help.
