Numerous cars treating this bay as their private parking space

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1743127.

There are numerous but same cars parking there everyday for more than an hour- pretty much been there from very morning till evening hours. Shoppers, residents, guests don't have a chance to park in front of the building because of the people who treat this bay as their private parking space.
