Has you can see, as well as being abandoned it is obstructing the Pavement, making impossible to get a Pram or Wheelchair past it.

  • I have been told officially from the Council that they nor the Police can do anything about it, because it has got a MOT that is valid. They said it is down to the DVLA who might blitz the area and remove similar cars in the area. It is still there on Highland Road and I have lost count of how many weeks it is since it appeared. It should be removed for the simple fact that you cannot get a Pram or a Wheelchair past it, on the pavement. Look at the original pictures, to see.

  • If it is being moved albeit periodically it is not abandoned.

If you was to remove it for causing obstruction then you'd have to move the one in front and nodoubt those behind. Cant just pick and choose because it gets up someones nose.

  • This car is still there, it has been reported multiple times by lots of people to lots of agencies, Councill, Police and DVLA. The Councill and Police say they can do nothing about it, because it has an MOT until next June, however, a Councillor as contacted the DVLA and complained about this car, mainly because a pram or Wheelchair cannot get passed this vehicle on the footpath, making people with those, go into the road to get passed. It has now started to get vandalised, with a scratch down the side on the footpath, also one of the Tyres are flat.

  • Guess what, the car is still there in the same place after four months. Something as got to be done about it.

  • The Vehicle has been move, not by any recognised organisations, Police, DVLA Or the Council. It was moved just before Christmas by three individuals who worked on it for quite some time before it vanished. It had been in the area since August, with only an MOT held on it.
