Very poor road surface all along this section of the A3M

The northbound section of the A3M between Horndean and Petersfield is in a dreadful condition in many places. Many repairs made previously to some potholes are a disgrace. It looks as is someone has just dumped a shovel-full of tarmac on the road and left it to be levelled by traffic! There is a section just before the Petersfield (S) slip-road that is so rutted it is positively dangerous.
