People are parking the cars on this residential area and heading off to work all day! Often cars are parked on the pavements and directly opposite the junction of Cartwright avenue.

People are parking the cars on this residential area and heading off to work all day! Often cars are parked on the pavements and directly opposite the junction of Cartwright avenue. This causes great problems to all on the housing development. It is already limited parking to the residents without nuisance parking. When they park on the pavement it causes pedestrians to have to walk on the road to get around vehicles.

I would like for the council to consider making this a residents parking only by ways of permit or to enforce a time ban. For example no parking between 7am - 6pm
