Parking opposite a road junction

Please look at the issue her as people are parking opposite a road junction, when vehicles are turning right and waiting in the box in the middle of the road, the road becomes blocked due to the parked car. This is a happening on a daily basis.

    I keep reporting these vehicles, they park on the pavement and also opposite a box for right turning traffic causing the inevitable obstruction. Its also not fair on traffic trying to pull onto Bradford Road from Tranfield as their view is obscured. I have reported these three times I trust something will be done this time.
