Sent to Warwick District Council and Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1740846.
This van which according to DVLA is taxed but is white not silver, shows to be uninsured has been left partially on the pavement alongside a Post Box, opposite a Bus stop, and within 20 Metre of a road junction and blocking the view on a carpark entry for over a week.

2 weeks later it is still there. I a near miss here this morning because of it. A car was trying to get out of the car park through this the entrance because a lorry making a delivery was blocking the signed exit. Due to this van being parked here within metres of the road junction the driver could not see what was coming and a car that had just turned into Gainsborough Drive from Sydenham Drive equally could not see the car until he had actually pulled out into the oncoming traffic lane which is just where the exiting car was pulling into. Both drivers swerved and only just missed a pedestrian who was also waiting to cross the road to the Post Box. It appears this vehicle has been here now not moving for nearly 4 weeks at least.

The van is still there, not moved at all, still parked partially on the pavement.

Still there and unmoved, though I see on the DVLA web site it is now registered. But it certainly has not moved in the last 6 weeks. It is still restricting the view for traffic entering and leaving Gainsborough Drive and the Carpark of the shops.
