Illegal parking of vehicles on the corner/pavement and the junction. Also selling of cars from the street

The selling of cars from the street, people parking on the corner/pavement repeatedly so that drivers cannot see around the corner. When you approach the junction of Drummond Road/Beaumanor Road you cannot see around the corner and also having to drive in the middle of the road because of so many cars parked either side which consequently means when a car comes round the corner you nearly have a head on crash. Also a fire engine just struggled to get out of Drummond Road because of the many cars parked on the junction
