Tree stumps

Reported in the Public Trees category anonymously at 12:11, Tue 20 August 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 4 minutes later

Rowan tree outside number 38 fell and was removed rapidly by the council (thank you). However, the stumps left behind are, I think, dangerous as, especially in the dark, these could be tripped over. Could the powers that be remove/cut down the stumps to a safe level and, maybe, tarmac over the hole? Thanks.
