Road closed for non emergency without notice, hence no bin collection.

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1738067.

Water board closed the road at the end of july to connect new residence. they have now dug the trench out again and reconnected but no notice was given, hence the bins were not collected and the road is still closed awaing tarmac.
