Sent to Hertfordshire County Council and Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council 4 minutes later

Blocked drain causes flooding during heavy rainfall. Has been reported for 10 years. Other than someone looking, no work has been conducted to remedy. Situated on corner of Peartree Lane cul-de-sac and Ravenfield.
