Large, deep puddle forms on pavement due to lack of drainage

Outside number 4 Park End, a large deep puddle forms when it rains because the pavement is laid so it doesn't drain. The road is popular with pedestrians and as we approach winter the puddle will turn to ice resulting in falls. Please can you send someone to add a channel to the pavement so it drains onto the road and therefore down a drain.
