Business owner: EH Esat, 97 Burleigh Avenue, Wigston. LE18 1FN

Issue: recovery truck parked over the last 3 years and is leaking oil onto the public highway. Parked on the corner of Burleigh Ave and Westfield Avenue, Wigston.

Image 1 shows truck in-situ (16.08.19) image 2 shows the same space without the truck (15.08.19). No other vehicle has parked there in many years due to this owner parking this truck there. The oil can be from no other vehicle. Proof supplied.
