Overgrown foliage blocking pavement.

Bushes on the edge of the pavement have grown so much that they now block the pavement and force walkers onto the road. High instance of families in the area with pushchairs are having to go around it. This is the exact location: https://goo.gl/ maps/ tnDYhQSE7MCaxzip9
