Refuse bins

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 22:14, Thu 15 August 2019

Sent to Hart District Council 2 minutes later

There is 1 green bin and 7 mixture of blue and black bins that have been on the grass verge for 6 months. The green bin has been dumped there from someone as the tenants do not need as they have there grass cut. These bins are a disgrace they are broken no lids and look as though they don’t belong to anyone but have been dumped. They are being used as extras and they are not being filled with the correct materials therefore sometimes they do not get emptied. This is a complete eyesore. Is it possible for some of these bins to be taken away. I am sure they don’t all belong to tenants living there as they is too many and they put there’s out on bin days. Please could they be removed young children play on the grass nearby and there has been a case of rats nearby. Appreciate any help with this.

  • Bins still there and looking a mess, these need either removing from site or residents need to put them behind their properties to reduce vermin and environmental problems, it’s a disgrace and has been left like this for far too long with nothing being done
