Enormous puddle constantly!

Sent to Middlesbrough Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 173203.

At the end of the grassed area on Parliament Road just before the junction with Union Street there is a small section of concrete which dips down and constantly fills with water.This is dangerous when icy and also means that people have to go onto the road to avoid it.Considering that the road has just been recently retarmaced I thought that this may have been addressed but not so.It is situated next to Boddys Printers.
