Plants and bushes from 1 Foxglove Close completely blocking the pavement. Pedestrians have to walk in the road to pass and drivers are almost in the centre of the road before they can see if it is safe to exit. This has been like this for approx 2 months and has been reported several times by various people. The road name is not visible. It also happens every year.
