Dog Fouling on grass verge @ Netherton Road

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 18:03, Mon 14 March 2011

Sent to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council 1 minute later

There has been a significant increase in dog fouling on the grass verge outside numbers 10 -15 and in particular appears to be targeted outside numbers 11 and 12. Indeed last Saturday we witnessed a teenage boy with an old collie dog let his dog foul the verge and walk away without clearing up the mess. Please could the council come and clear the significant amount of mess as this appears to be encouraging other dog owners to flout the law and is becoming a health hazard; only last week a young child slipped and got mess on her hands. Please could the council also increase signage to remind dog owners that it is law that they should be picking up their dog mess.
