Trees and overgrown brambles blocking alley way access to residential gardens

Trees and brambles have been blocking the residential access for months between 24 and 26 Skipwith Close, Brinklow. Today my husband has had to cut down the trees and brambles because they were very hazardous to my two year old daughter having injured her (and us!) a few times. However we do not have the capacity to remove them (can’t fit the trees in our green bin!) so would like them to be removed and something put in place to prevent this issue in future as this is not our land.
