  • Thank you for your update. The Highways drainage contractor has been notified to provide an update on when the footway gullies are expected to be attended. This is in accordance with cleaning the carriageway gullies jointly. A task order has been raised and will be followed up on in due course. • Thank you for your update. Our contractor will be attending this section of the road as well as servicing the whole road again in the next is couple of weeks. This is following recently completed gully cleansing undertaken in September. LBB will be liaising closely with the contractor to delve into greater detail of the reportedly damaged assets and will use the field reports generated in September as a guide for deeper investigation for any required remedial works. When undertaking remedial works of this nature, precise locations are required to access the correct part of the asset underground, so that will be the purpose of this exercise. This report will be collated with additional footway and carriageway gullies highlighted in other reports raised in this road. Our internal reference for this is 4202433 and does have a FMS report assigned for updates on the outcome of this investigation. Kind regards. NO5 LBB - Neighbourhood Management
