Holes in path leading into Bala Close plus small metal cover fell in leaving dangerous hazmats to the elderly people living in the bungalows in Bala Close

This path is outrageous there are elderly people who have to use it to enter the Bala Close where they live it’s been unkept for years now and us getting worse all the time. The metal cover that’s fell in is only a small one the photo does not give justice to the danger of someone getting their foot caught in it in the dark again it is on the pathway in Bala Close outside l think it’s number 12
