No white lines at three way crossing on recently recovered Mottram Street Horwich. Also all the gullies in this area are blocked

Sent to Bolton Borough Council 2 minutes later

Mottram St Horwich was recently resurfaced. There is a three way junction here and the white lines to indicate who has right of way have not been replaced. Also all the gullies on Mottram St and Wright St are blocked so all the water from the rainfall is flowing downhill, presumably making flooding on Chorley New Road a real possibility in view of heavy rain .
