It looks as though one of the roots could be broken which is why it is listing so badly. The stake attached is rotted and broken and is being supported by the tree, adding to the weight of the leaning angle and the remaining root. Strong winds could see the tree come down and be quite dangerous as it is on a pavement. The trees are expensive to plant and could be saved if the maintenance is carried out quickly. Can we have an update as to when this might happen please.

Why is this 'closed'? The entry at 16:53 today makes no sense.

The tree in question is outside 53 Madeira Avenue and it’s location has been stated twice already. Why do you keep ‘closing’ the issue when it is clearly unresolved? Several neighbours have already reported this anonymously, if you need someone to speak to, I live at No,33 and my name is published. Please can you resolve this finally.
