Overhanging Trees

Trees have not been attended to in the last 20 years to my knowledge. Lots of overhanging branches. Blocking the streetlight. Have requested attention before but there is no clarity of land ownership according to Forest Heath representative.

    I have checked our records and West Suffolk does not own any land in Oaklands Drive. Ownership can be checked with Land Registry. Details at government/ organisations/ land-registry The Street Lamps in Oakland Drive are maintained by Brandon Town Council, the land may also be theirs. In the first instance I suggest you speak to you speak to Graham Cock (Brandon Town Council Clerk)

  • Nothing done. West Suffolk Council don’t own the Land. Neither do Brandon Town Council. Awaiting Response from IES Breckland..
