Roots ontree outside 42 murray avenue
Reported in the Public Trees category anonymously at 10:08, Sat 10 August 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1726997.
Apart from the threat to adjacent properties it is now impossible to fully open car doors because of the ever increasing height of the grass verge, also the shifting of the kerb stones and crossover of 40 murray avenue is causing damage to the underside of cars.

Further to several hours of phone calls nothing has been done since you dug up the crossover two weeks ago,it has been impossible to talk to anyone who knows what is happening.

We firmly believe that this tree is a serious threat to the foundations of our properties. A repair to the crossover has been made which I believe is temporary as you didn't prune the roots as advised, you also replaced 150mm of concrete with a meagre layer of asphalt and haven't built in the kerb stones. I doubt it will last any longer than the repair on the pavement side which was made last year and already cracking. we mistakenly thought that a 30% reduction would have removed more than what was mainly foliage and small twigs. Please confirm your plans for controlling this tree in the future.

This tree will be reduced by 30% every three years.
Thank you
