Whilst I understand that it is most probably the landowners responsibility to ensure that any hedges etc, that are on the boundary of their land, be cut back, it isn’t happening here.
This is a single track country lane that has increased traffic on it now with the new housing development. It is very nearly impossible to pull into the side of the road and slowly pass oncoming traffic. It is impossible as the hedges etc are growing out over the road. This stops you being able to pull right over and also stops you passing slowly, as it’d scrape your vehicle. This road has no passing places and in this area isn’t safe to reverse far due to the tight bends on the road.
I hope that you can take some action to get the owners to get the hedges cut back or undertake the work yourself, even if that entails billing the owners. This needs action & fast.
