Overgrown garden plants obstructing pavement outside 38 granby Road

The plants have not been pruned for at least 3 years and now it has become a problem for my mum who lives at 36 Granby road (so it is in front of her house) as she is registered partially sighted and it has become a dangerous trip hazard when she goes by with her walking frame
