Treacherous surface through Ford

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1724650.

The surface is smooth and algae covered. Suffered bike accident as a result and know of numerous others ( since heard) at the same spot. There is a warning sign but it was covered by the hedge. However that alone is not sufficient. The surface issue needs addressing.
