Worn Away Markings

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 23:01, Wed 7 August 2019

Sent to Torbay Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1724240.

A various points along Castle Road the yellow lines have worn away and the road is now, more than ever, becoming increasingly dangerous. Cars are frequently parked on the yellow lines at the junctions causing 'blind spots' for other road users. Could the council please re-paint these lines and ensure they are enforced to prevent dangerous parking. The yellow lines are particularly worn around the Castle Road junctions with Wellington Road, Chatsworth Road, Ashill Road and the roads near to the EF School. The roundabout markings near the car park are also worn away. I am also writing to Kevin Foster MP to highlight this dangerous situation.
