Repeated parking on junction

Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 17:10, Wed 7 August 2019

Sent to South Norfolk District Council 4 minutes later

There are three occupants of the house nearby which use almost permanently park on this junction ignoring the Highway code (10m away from the junction). They also use it to wash, repair their car, polish and even once a tire change, endangering themselves. The entrance to Station Road is rather narrow (old-style turning with island) for cars to pass. Also, one has to take care when turning right into it with oncoming traffic as there is little room due to the parked cars. My main concern is it is used by school children every day to cross and for them, it is harder to cross safely as they can't see the traffic. Also, the shop is nearby which is used by the many villagers. The Parish Council is aware of the problem, it is going no for many months. Please contact them and ask them to park on the public carpark 20m away before an accident happens and someone gets hurt
