Extremely over grown hedges with brambles growing across pathways and over grown tree in middle of car park.

Florence Court opposite 21 and through the court. A neighbour reported this back in early July. There is also a tree in the middle of the car park which causes problems to high vehicle. Dustbin lorries and large delivery lorries/vans causing branches to be broken or damage to the vehicles.
