Long pothole / subsidence rut running down the road

Sent to Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1721203.

Rut is in wheel line of traffic, that swerves suddenly trying to avoid it coming round the bend over the bridge. This morning saw biker thrown off and almost under a big truck.

  • Council says "no maintenance work required", which I find hard to understand. It looks and feels dangerous every time I go over it. Hopefully though, they are right and there will be no further incident caused...
